    • Special Purpose (refinance) – 70%
    • Special Purpose (purchase) – 75%
  • Repayment: P+I based on a 25-30 year amortization schedule
  • Lien Position: 1st Lien
  • Lender Loan Fee: Varies
  • DSCR: Minimum 1.0x may consider exception
