Richard F. Brown is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience advising senior government leaders on strategic planning, resource allocation, organizational transformation, and multi-billion-dollar investment decisions. Throughout his military career, he served in some of the Army's most influential strategic planning and resource management organizations, helping shape modernization priorities, force structure, and long-range investment strategies.
Today, Richard helps business owners, investors, developers, and technology companies navigate the intersection of government, capital, and strategic growth.
