Richard F. Brown is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience advising senior government leaders on strategic planning, resource allocation, organizational transformation, and multi-billion-dollar investment decisions. Throughout his military career, he served in some of the Army's most influential strategic planning and resource management organizations, helping shape modernization priorities, force structure, and long-range investment strategies.

Today, Richard helps business owners, investors, developers, and technology companies navigate the intersection of government, capital, and strategic growth. His work focuses on identifying opportunities within the federal marketplace, building strategic partnerships, aligning financing strategies with long-term business objectives, and helping organizations successfully position themselves for growth.

As Founder and Managing Partner of Sentinel Defense Advisors, Richard also advises defense, technology, and government-focused companies on federal market strategy, executive engagement, and business development.
